Simon Round
Simon is our Practice Manager. He is responsible for the day to day operational management, finances, and overall development of the Practice.
Eleanor McEvoy
Eleanor is our Assistant Practice Manager. Eleanor is line manager for our Administration Team and deputises for the Practice Manage in his absence
Natalie Stannard
Natalie is our IT Lead, responsible for ensuring that IT systems are used in the most effective way to maximise Practice efficiency and patient care. Natalie also leads on IT and technology development, including the Practice’s contribution to the NHS 10 Year Plan – specifically the transition from Analogue to Digital
Nicky Betts
Nicky is our Reception Manager responsible for leading the Reception Team and works with the other Heads of Department to ensure that the all departments at the Practice are working collaboratively.
Andrea Edwards
Andrea is our Dispensary Manager responsible for a team of Dispensers and Prescription Clerks and the regulatory compliance of our Dispensary.
Administration Team
The Administration and Secretarial teams work closely with our clinicians to support them with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including the submission of referrals to secondary care and maintaining accurate patient records.

Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general inquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results, and help to direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks including the maintenance of patient records.
