Flu Clinic Dates & Venues

To keep you and our staff safe and comply with social distancing guidance, we will be limiting the number of patients coming into the practice at any one time and will be holding the majority of our flu clinics at Diss Football Club in a “drive through” style.

There will be a limited number of appointments available at the practice on Saturday mornings for those who cannot make it during the week.

If you already have an appointment booked at the practice i.e. blood test, dressing etc, you may not need to book a separate flu jab appointment. The nurse will give you your flu jab while you are here, please check with reception if the nurse you are seeing is able to give flu jabs before booking a separate flu appointment.

All of our flu clinics will be booked in advance. Please do not turn up on the day without an appointment as we will not have the appropriate paperwork prepared and we will be unable to vaccinate you.

For the Diss FC drive through clinics, we ask you to remain in your car, remove any coats/jumpers and read and sign the consent form while you wait to be directed to your vaccination point.

Please bring a pen!

Please visit our Consulting Room, to request an appointment.

Please try to arrive on time, not too early or late, to ensure a steady flow without large queues or backlog. You may have to wait outside the health centre on Saturday mornings.

Under 65s refers only to those with certain health conditions who would have previously been entitled to a flu jab.

We are hopeful that we will be able to run additional clinics in November for all those aged 50 to 64 as per the government announcement. However, we have been asked to prioritise the over 65s and those with a pre-existing health condition during September & October.
