Following a post on the Diss Community Facebook page this morning, it was identified that there was an error on our system which had generated an incorrect message on our website in respect of the appointment request section of our website.
By approximately 8:00am this morning this error had been rectified.
We apologise for this system error and any inconvenience it may have caused. We would also like to remind patients at this time that in addition to the online appointment request option, our patients can also request appointments via our automated telephone system from 6:30am each weekday (excluding Bank Holidays), as well as via the telephone from 8:30am when our Reception desk opens.
