Parish Fields is offering Covid-19 vaccinations to our eligible patients this Spring, commencing on 5th April 2025. The qualifying criteria for this round of Covid-19 vaccinations is set out below. Please contact the Practice on 01379 642023 to request your Covid-19 vaccination appointment.
- Adults aged 75 years and over
- Residents in a care home for older adults
- Individuals aged 6 months and over who have a weakened immune system
