We have a team of clinicians (including doctors and Nurse Practitioners) triaging patient requests each working day morning, and we will endeavour to respond to telephone and online patient requests submitted by 10.30am on the same day.

After that time, unless it is extremely urgent, please put your request through the following working day.

If you have a problem that cannot wait until the next day please telephone the Practice during our published opening hours.

You may request an appointment with a specific clinician, for example the GP with whom you are registered, but this may mean a longer wait time for an appointment.
