Opening times

Enhanced access

Our practice is engaging in a Primary Care Network initiative providing improved access to healthcare professionals. Working within a group of eight other local practices, we will be offering a range of appointments each weekday evening between 6:30pm and 8pm and during selected times at weekends, to registered patients, in at least one of the participating practices.

At the Parish Fields site we have evening clinics on the majority of Mondays from 6.30-pm-8.00pm, and Saturday clinics 1 Saturday in 9.

We also offer early morning appointments from 7:30am four days per week.

Please speak to our Reception Team if you would like to enquire about Enhanced Access appointments at the Practice.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Parking

We know that parking can be difficult but generally patients can find parking in either the short stay pay and display car park in Mount Street or in the Shelfanger Road pay and display car park.

The short stay car park in Mount Street has bays dedicated for parking for those with blue badges.

If you need to drop off or collect a patient at the door, you are welcome to do so, but must then move on to park elsewhere as the parking outside the centre is for doctors who may be required to go on emergency calls, and for ambulances who may be bring patients to, or transporting patients from the centre.
