REQUESTING APPOINTMENTS AT PARISH FIELDS

Our appointment request system opens at 8.00am each weekday (excluding Bank Holidays)

This applies not only to our online appointment system, but also to our telephone system via our automated telephone service.

To use the automated service simply select option 1 and follow the instructions to leave a recorded message detailing how you would like the Practice to help you.

These requests are all reviewed by our Triage Team which is led by a Duty Doctor.

Our automated telephone service can manage unlimited calls at any one time, so there will never be any telephone waiting time on hold where option 1 has been selected.

Outside Practice opening hours please contact 111 for medical advice, or 999 in the event of a medical emergency.
