Parish Fields Practice will be CLOSED from 10am UNTIL 2pm on FRIDAY 4th JULY 2025.
Our telephone lines and Reception desk will open at 8.30am on 4th July 2025 , before closing at 10.00am. The Practice will reopen at 2.00pm through until our usual closing time of 6.30pm. Our appointment rotas have been amended to provide additional appointments so that there is no net reduction of appointment capacity for patients for the week commencing 30th June 2025
Our dispensary will also be closed from 10am until 2pm on Friday 4th July 2025.
IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT ANY TIME PLEASE TELEPHONE 999 AND ASK FOR THE AMBULANCE SERVICE
