Patients must:
- register with the practice, providing the requested identity information
- recognise and observe PFP policies and procedures
- show respect to others and not intimidate anyone
- allow others to use the surgery without interruption or disruption
- attend the appointments that they have booked
- observe all health and safety regulations throughout PFP as well as additional rules in specific areas
- observe the no smoking regulations
- follow the emergency evacuation procedures
- not damage equipment, materials or buildings
