Patient Participation Group

What does a PPG do?

  • Work together with the practice to improve services and facilities for patients
  • Act as a sounding board for practice staff on issues affecting patients
  • Build a two way communication and co-operation between practice and patients
  • To act as a representative group to support the practice and influence local provision of health and social care
  • Enhance good relations between the GP practice and patients and provide feedback on current procedures and new developments

Join our Patient Participation Group

Membership is voluntary. Meetings are held regularly and last around an hour depending on issues being covered.

Current Patient Participation Group Members:

David Simington (Chair), Tracey Oslavio (Secretary), June Harding, David Endersby, Anne Kent, Judith Ward

We need a wide range of patients, e.g. parents with young families, people with chronic conditions, a range of age groups and genders.

How to get involved:

If you would like to contact the PPG directly, you can email them on: ppgparishfieldsdiss@gmail.com

Patients should NOT use this e-mail to raise any personal/confidential issues or as a channel to raise complaints, or to seek appointments – these should be requested via the existing Practice channels (Telephone/Website/Face to Face at Reception).
