To book an appointment, please phone between 8.30am and 6.30pm. We offer a range of appointment booking times. Appointments start at 8.30 in the morning and the last appointment time – for emergencies only is 6.20pm.
There are no appointments between 12.30 and 2.30 as this is the time that doctors are out visiting patients and undertaking telephone consultations.
We have a policy of releasing one third of appointments two weeks before the appointment date, one third of appointments two days before the appointment date and one third of appointments on the day of the appointment, we hope that this means that you will be able to get an appointment when you want one. In cases of medical emergency, patients will always be seen on the same day.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours 8.30am to 6.30pm, please consider whether you should ring 999 or 111.
If you would like to speak to a doctor or nurse, please telephone the surgery and we will arrange for a doctor or nurse to call you back. Normally telephone calls are made between morning and afternoon surgeries, however if you are not available during this time, please let us know when it would be convenient and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
